Ticonderoga Farm

Last weekend we headed to Chantilly, VA in search of our Christmas tree for our new home. After scoping out the field for a few minutes, we found a beautiful blue spruce for John to cut down. Wes enjoyed yelling "timberrrrr" with me. It was a gorgeous day and we enjoyed a hayride, watching Wes and Daddy slide, the petting zoo and play area, and roasting marshmallows! Stay tuned for pics of our decorated tree!

Wes was quite reluctant to see Santa, until the child in front of him received a candy cane from Santa!

YEAH!! New pics!!
Way to go John... you manly man - cutting down the Christmas tree for your family!!
Love that Wes would only go and see Santa after he found out the jolly ol man was giving out candy canes!!
Hailey sure loves Santa-she has a BIG smile for the man in the red suit.
Can't wait to see what the tree looks like!!
Miss you & see you in Maui!!

The Christmas tree farm looks like so much fun!! I love the pic of Hailey with Santa...Olivia wanted nothing to do with the jolly fat guy dressed in red, though I can't really blame her!!! Can't wait to see pics of the beautiful tree all decked out with lights and ornaments!
